A few practical answers about your menu and your plan.
What do I get during the trial?
You get seven days to create and share your menu, including AI import. No card is required and the trial does not automatically charge you. Voice service is not included. Choose a paid plan to keep your menu available after the trial.
Which plan should I start with?
Starter is $9/month for a digital menu and QR tools. Pro is $29/month and adds AI import, translations and analytics. Multi is $129/month for teams and multiple locations. Review the included features before choosing; you can buy your plan inside the dashboard.
Do my guests need an app?
No. Guests open your menu from its link or scan a QR with their phone camera. There is no guest account or app to install.
Do I need to replace my POS?
You can keep your existing POS. Bistro lets you manage the digital menu and add table service tools alongside it.
What can I upload?
Upload a clear photo or image of your menu. Review the extracted names, prices and categories before saving. You can also enter dishes manually. AI import is included during the trial and on Pro and above.
What happens after the trial?
There is no permanent free plan. Choose a paid plan from the dashboard to keep your menu publicly available. Your account and saved menu remain available in the dashboard, so you can continue where you left off.
Are there additional payment fees?
Stripe processing fees apply to payments. Bistro adds no platform fee to pay-at-table. Reservation and event deposits have a booking fee of 1% plus $1, paid by the guest, plus card processing.
